The CORGI name and logo are both trade marks registered with the Trade Marks Registry.
The use of the CORGI name and logo by non-CORGI members is illegal.
CORGI members can use the CORGI brand to promote their business to customers, this is subject to guidelines governing the use of the CORGI trade mark, name and logo.

If a CORGI member requires dispensation to use the CORGI trade mark, brand and logo outside of the guidelines, then they are required to contact CORGI at the address below requesting a dispensation and fully detailing their reasons.
