A new Quality Charter - CORGI Customer First has been launched.  Customer First is for Businesses that have no justified and outstanding complaints and that can provide assurances from their customers as to the quality of the service they provide.

  1. Provide a friendly and trustworthy service.
  2. Turn up to a job on time, and if not possible, call the Customer to let them know when I will arrive.
  3. Provide a fair quote, in writing, and stick to it unless the job changes. Any changes will be agreed with and explained to the Customer.
  4. Leave the place where I have been working as I found it.
  5. Endeavour to resolve any problems with the work I have carried out and work with the Customer to sort out any issues.
