Business Support Managers support organisations by undertaking ‘Visits’ and measuring gas safety management systems and their implementation.

The aim of any visit should be to establish if appropriate gas safety management processes are in place and adequate risk control systems exist, are implemented, and consistent with the hazard profile of the organisation.
 
This guide explains the different ‘Large Business’ registration categories and the types of visits undertaken by the Business Support Managers.

It will give information on what to expect from Support, Focused or Complete Operations Visits, including ofgem OAMI registrations.
