It is becoming increasingly difficult for workers to enter customer premises and construction sites without demonstrating their skills in health and safety.
Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulation, organisations must have skilled workers who understand the importance of health and safety and the potential risks of not complying.
You can prove your skills in health and safety quickly and easily by completing a one day course to gain our Health, Safety and Environment Card. This course will help you comply with the requirements for Health and Safety on construction sites and provides your access onto work sites across the UK.
The Health, Safety and Environment Passport is a best practice scheme and not just about legislation. We can provide you with the right competencies through training and assessment giving you peace of mind and at the same time exceed the standards set.
A worker that successfully passes the course shows they have an up-to-date basic knowledge of health, safety and environmental awareness. The training and assessment meets the criteria of the HSE document INDG381.
The training includes:
- Working Safely
- Common Hazards
- Improving the organisations safety performance
- Site safety and client specific hazards
Successful candidates receive a CORGI Consultancy Services Health, Safety and Environment Passport ID card valid across all industries. CORGI registered installers will have the competence added to the reverse of their ID card.
