I have had a company in to carry out gas work. My friend has told me the work does not look right. What should I do?

If you would like to make a complaint and feel there are gas safety issues relating to the installation, please contact us. We will send our inspector out to carry out an investigation.  He will check to make sure the work is safe, but cannot rectify any problems.  The inspector can instruct the installer to correct any gas safety issues provided he is registered.
