From 1st April 2008 CORGI will be hosting 30 free Technical Events throughout the UK (including Scotland, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland). These free events will be taking place from 1st April – 24th June in advance of the heating season.

This year CORGI Technical Events will take place in mornings and in some places in the evenings. Morning events will start at 8.30am with a free hot breakfast roll, finishing at 1pm. Evening events will start at 5.45pm and finish at 9pm. Each event will include an open forum - your chance to question CORGI, as well as technical presentations on the following topics:
- 5871 Part 4: Governing the installation and maintenance of flueless gas fires
- 7967 Part 4: Covering the use of portable gas analysers

CORGI Technical Events provide you with the opportunity to speak to CORGI face-to-face about your work and the wider heating and plumbing industry. As a valued CORGI Registered Gas Installer, you are a member of one of the most important safety organisations in the UK. We are committed to not only improving standards in safety, but also our service to you, supporting you in your work.
We understand you have busy schedules, so in order to make CORGI Technical Events more accessible to all you can attend at a time to suit you. Feel free to pop in for a coffee and a chat, or to stay for the whole event: we won’t leave until your questions are answered!
CORGI Technical Events will be presented by CORGI Technical Consultants and attended by local Area Service Managers, Inspectors and representatives of CORGI.
