Prosecutions January 2007
Paul Regan trading as
Hot-n-Chilli Gas Solutions
, was successfully prosecuted on 4 December 2006 at Bradford Crown Court. Mr Regan pleaded guilty to and was fined £1,072 for the offence of not being CORGI registered. The Judge stated that the Defendant's action certainly merited a custodial sentence and in his opinion the Defendant ought to be going to prison for eighteen months.
Mark Venables trading as
MJV Services
, was a registered installer, registration number 178680, and his registration was withdrawn 30 April 2001 due to failure to rectify complaint defects. Mr Venables entered guilty pleas to 5 charges under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations at Pontefract Magistrates Court and was fined £370 for each offence. Mr Venables was served a second Prohibition Notice.
