Mr Michael Ward t/a G and M Plumbing appeared at Wolverhampton Crown Court facing one charge under the Trade Descriptions Act, section 14 for using the CORGI logo, and a second charge under the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act, for using the registration details of a CORGI registered business.

Mr Ward was given a four month prison sentence suspended for 18 months, with £1,500 compensation order.
