Mr Keith Gillyon trading as Keith Gillyon Plumbing Heating and Building Services (reg 232730) pleaded guilty to offences under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and Trade Description Act 1968. This related to fitting a gas boiler when not CORGI registered and completing a Boiler Log Book using details of another genuine CORGI fitter.
Mr Gillyon was fined a total of £1500 with £1248.75 costs and £117.50 compensation.
