The CORGI ID Card

Always ask to see a CORGI ID card.

All CORGI-registered installers must carry an ID card and have it available to show to you when they are working in your home.

Always check your installer’s CORGI ID card - front and back – this way you can be confident they are who they say they are, and that they are properly trained to carry out the work.

If you don’t see this card, don’t let them in.

To make sure your installer is safe, ask to see their CORGI ID Card and check:

  • Does the photo match?
  • Is the card in date?
  • Does the business name match up?
  • Does it have the CORGI registered installer logo and their number?
  • Does the card list the type of work that you want the installer to undertake?

If in doubt use this site to check the ID card or call 0800 915 0485
