CORGI is able to investigate complaints about the gas safety side of work undertaken by both registered and non-registered installers. Once we have received a complaint our inspector will arrange to visit you and carry out an investigation. There is no charge for this service.
CORGI also investigates complaints relating to work carried out by our members who belong to competent persons schemes for electrical, plumbing and ventilation work.
If you have any doubts about the safety of your gas appliance you should turn it off and not use it until our inspector has checked it. If you believe you may have a gas escape you should contact Transco's gas emergency service by calling 0800 111999.
If you would like to register a complaint, please complete the complaints form and then press submit. Please provide as much detail as possible.
If you have a complaint about a matter unrelated to gas, one of the following contacts may be able to help you.
