This service is not about finding out who is right and who is wrong but aims to help both parties find a suitable compromise and resolution to the issue they are faced with. Our experience means that generally such disputes are resolved amicably, but if we are not able to resolve the issue we can offer a free informal mediation meeting with trained mediators and if necessary the issue can be escalated to the CORGI Legal Helpline - also a free member benefit.
