Landlords have a duty to ensure tenants safety. Our training sessions will provide guidance on how to comply with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. You should ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, that your tenants remain safe in their homes.

Contractors engaged in construction work will need to be trained to a level that ensures that the actions of such individuals will not affect the safety of the home owner/tenant. The management of any refurbishment programme needs to be carried out within the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work act 1974 and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
