ACS AND NVQ STATISTICS
This area of the CORGI Website contains current statistics of individuals who have undertaken an ACS or Aligned gas services N/SVQ they are broken down into 7 separate tables of gas work as follows:
- Domestic Natural Gas and Common NG and LPG Appliances
- Domestic LPG Sectors and Specific Appliances
- Metering and Emergency Service
- Commercial Catering
- Commercial Heating and Laundry
- Non Domestic Pipework and Tightness Testing
- National Vocational qualifications
Definitions of Terms Used in Tables
Initial Passed Column 1 – The number of operatives who have a recorded pass result for a particular assessment taken for the first time
% Initial Passed Column 2 – The percentage of operatives who have a recorded pass result for a particular assessment. This number will include those who may have previously ‘failed’ the assessment but have subsequently passed that assessment.
Holding Valid Certificate Column 3 – The number of operatives holding a valid ACS certificate for that assessment that is less than 5 years old.
Passed Reassessment Column 4 – The number of operatives who have taken a particular assessment for a second or subsequent time, usually an existing held or expired assessment.
% Passed Reassessment Column 5 – The percentage of operatives who have a recorded pass result for a particular assessment taken for a second or subsequent time.
Initial Failed Column 6 - The number of operatives who have a recorded a fail result for a particular assessment taken for the first time
Failed Reassessment Column 7 - The percentage of operatives who have a recorded fail result for a particular assessment taken for a second or subsequent time.
ACS Total Cumulative Column 8 - The total number of assessments taken by adding Column 1 and 4 for a cumulative total in Column 8.
ACS from NVQ Column 9 – The number of equivalent ACS assessments taken by candidates undertaking the Gas Services ACS aligned N/SVQ
Certificates Held ACS & NVQ Cumulative Initial & Reassessment Column 10 - The total number of operatives and candidates who have taken a particular ACS or NVQ assessment. The total arrived at by adding Columns 1, 4 and 9 for a cumulative total in Column 10.
