This enables you to tell everyone else, via this website, how good your trades person was. You can rate your trades person on a 1-5 star rating as well as typing in some comments. The feedback is then published on the website for everyone to see - to help others choose a trades person that’s right for them.
We monitor the feedback - if a member is receiving negative feedback we will work with you and with them to establish what could have been done better and find a way to resolve any issues.
